You can also use them for many other things, such as a shelf, drawer, etc. These have been discontinued from Ikea and you can no longer buy them, but they work perfectly with Ikea's very popular besta cabinets they just screw into the shelf support bracket holes that are already in the besta cabinet. These will hold hanging file folders of letter size spacing, or tabloid 11x17 size folders spacing with the built in rails.
